The easy-to-use interface allows you to easily create email content. The system can use CSV format file settings to send different email content to each recipient (for example, email A shows Mr. Chen, email B Show Ms. Lee...), making the recipients of the email feel more friendly!
You can put the list of all recipients into a system default CSV format file, then the system will process the mass email sending request according to the setting file with its powerful built-in system engine.
You can also select a specific date and time to start an email sending job. The system uses the famous Amazon's email sending service, with great reputation on its powerful mass email sending support features. Its delivery speed is fast and is very stable. And it has the ability to handle a large number of emails at one time while effectively reducing the chance of being regarded as spam emails.
Every time when an email job is submitted, the system will have detailed records and analysis, such as how many emails were sent successfully or failed to send, in blacklist or unsubscription list, email format errors detected, etc. The system will also record whether each email sent is successfully received by the recipient and whether it has been read. The time of receipt and reading will be recorded together. The data can be filtered and exported to an excel file for further analysis.
